Installed mods with update tracking

Madsi hashes each installed mod and asks Modrinth whether a newer build exists for your exact loader and Minecraft version. The Status page lists what's installed and what's out of date; `/mods` does the same in Discord; and the out-of-date event can be routed to a channel. Each out-of-date row has an Update button (Update all does the lot); the new build is checked against Modrinth's hash and loads on the next restart. Only the owner and members with the Mods permission can install or update.
