Madsi updates itself

New mod versions come from madsi.link as well as Modrinth, over a manifest signed with the release key so a compromised download host can't push a jar. `/madsi update` reports; `/madsi update confirm` installs, or turn on `autoUpdate` in the mod config. Paper stages the jar in the update folder. A restart is always the last step.
