Your account and data
See everything Madsi holds about you, download a copy, or delete your account.
Your account page
EveryoneAnyone signed in to the dashboard has an account page, reached from the account menu at the top right (Account and data) or from Preferences. It covers you across every Discord server you use Madsi in, not one server, and lists each kind of record Madsi holds about you with how many rows there are.
Download saves all of it as one JSON file, with anything encrypted at rest (your email address, whispers, application answers) decrypted so you can read it. Sign-in hashes and Discord tokens are left out: they are keys, not records. You can download up to three times an hour.
Deleting your account
EveryoneDelete account asks you to type DELETE, then removes everything in one step and signs you out on every device. The page then lists what was removed.
| What | What happens |
|---|---|
| Minecraft links, whitelist entries, stats, playtime, applications and answers, whispers, votes, team seats, settings, sessions | Deleted |
| Feedback posts off the board (held for review or dismissed) that nobody else voted on or commented on, and comments that never went public | Deleted |
| An edit to a feedback post or comment still waiting for review | Deleted: the post or comment goes back to its last public version |
| Your other feedback posts and comments, activity log entries by or about you, commands and forms you wrote | Kept, with your name and id replaced by "Deleted user" |
| A server you own | Kept: the server stores its owner's Discord id, which Discord shows to every member |
| A whitelist entry on a whitelist Madsi manages | Kept without who added it until the server confirms it took you off, stops letting Madsi manage its whitelist (a removal its staff made waits for the server either way), or is removed from Madsi, then deleted |
| A whitelist entry one of your accepted applications added | Kept with your Discord id, so a ban in that Discord server still takes the access back, until the entry is removed or the server is removed from Madsi |
| Role and nickname removals waiting for Madsi's bot, and the record of which roles your in-game ranks gave you | The Discord server and your Discord id are kept until the bot has taken your stat roles, rank roles and synced nickname off, then deleted |
| The record of when you used Nuri or the Bridge pattern assistant (not what you asked) | Kept until it is two days old, so the daily AI limits still count it, then deleted |
Two things block deletion. A subscription you pay for that is still running: cancel it from Subscriptions in the account menu (the server's Billing page, or the billing portal for a plan that lapsed unpaid or a server you can't open), and once it has ended you can delete. And a Discord timeout Madsi mirrors to a Minecraft ban: wait for it to end. A past subscription and owning a server do not block it.
Records kept under your Minecraft account rather than your Discord id (whitelist entries, stats, playtime, whispers you sent from the game) are included only for a Minecraft account you linked or proved by signing in with Microsoft, and only while no other Discord account has proved it since. A link made in game with /madsi link rests on one server's word, so it covers the link itself but not those records.
Deleting also takes a Minecraft account proved through Microsoft off the whitelist of every connected Minecraft server. One linked only in game comes off where a whitelist rule of a whitelist Madsi manages put it; where staff added it by hand, or on a whitelist Madsi does not manage, it stays on, so ask each server's staff to remove it. A server that is offline at the time keeps you on its whitelist for now; the page tells you how many. On a whitelist Madsi manages, Madsi keeps the entry and sends the removal again when the server reconnects; on any other, ask the server's staff.
