Importing from DiscordSRV
Migrate your existing Discord↔Minecraft account links so members don't have to re-link.
What gets imported
AdminComing from DiscordSRV? The Import page migrates your existing Discord↔Minecraft account links into Madsi, so your members keep their links and don't have to run /link again.
How to import
AdminOpen the Import page and follow the DiscordSRV steps to bring your existing link data across. Imported links are saved without the usual link actions: nobody is renamed, whitelisted or sent a welcome message at import time. A member's nickname syncs the next time they link or rejoin, and whitelist rules pick up imported accounts the next time the whitelist resyncs (a rule is saved, a member's roles change, or the server reconnects). Running an import needs the Import permission; message templates also need Messages, the chat channel Chat bridge, the status channel and event routes Feeds, the console channel Configure console and Read console and role sync pairs In-game roles (each is skipped with a note otherwise), and only the server owner can import linked accounts. If the server's linked accounts file is too large to fetch in full, Madsi leaves it out: upload the whole file instead, since a partial one would bring back links that were later changed. Fetching the files from the server follows Edit config files, and turning DiscordSRV off follows Install mod updates (both on the server's Settings page, outranked by allowConfigEdit and allowModInstall in config/madsi.json); with either off, upload the files or remove the jar yourself.
