No, Madsi currently only supports Minecraft Java Edition. Bedrock support is not currently planned.

Madsi runs on Fabric, Paper / Purpur (Bukkit), and NeoForge across Minecraft 1.21.9-26.3 (the 1.21.x and 26.x lines). Folia isn't supported yet: the plugin declares itself Folia-incompatible, so Folia won't load it. Running Madsi on the Velocity/BungeeCord proxy itself is on the roadmap; legacy Forge isn't supported (superseded by NeoForge). A server behind Velocity (modern forwarding) or BungeeCord is fine: Madsi notices the forwarding (Paper's proxy settings, FabricProxy-Lite, or Proxy-Compatible-Forge, NeoVelocity or NeoForwarding on NeoForge) and keeps using players' real UUIDs for ranks, tags and stats. In-game linking works with online-mode=true, or behind Velocity modern forwarding once the server owner ticks My Velocity proxy runs in online mode in that server's Settings. Behind a forwarding proxy the server's own online-mode setting doesn't count (FabricProxy-Lite keeps it on while it takes over logins), so that confirmation is needed there too. The forwarding secret proves the player data came from your proxy; only the owner's confirmation covers whether the proxy checked the player with Mojang (an offline-mode proxy with a login plugin can hand out real-looking UUIDs). BungeeCord's legacy forwarding can be spoofed, so in-game linking is refused there.

Madsi stores Discord user IDs, linked Minecraft UUIDs and usernames, server configuration and whitelist rules, tracked player activity stats (playtime, sessions, deaths, advancements), and any application submissions. We do not store chat relayed across the bridge, passwords, or Microsoft credentials. A private whisper's message is deleted as soon as it's read (at most 30 days); the record of who whispered whom is kept for 30 days, and the post in the channel that names you both goes with it. You can unlink your account at any time with /unlink to remove your linked data.

Not currently. Madsi is a managed service, no self-hosting required. This ensures you always have the latest features and security updates.

The Discord server's owner, plus anyone the owner adds on the Team page, either by name or through a mapped Discord role. Each team role carries its own permissions, grouped by area (Server, Bridge, Moderation, Console, World and so on; see Team & Permissions). Two limits apply to everyone but the owner: only the owner can generate or regenerate a server token, and a channel picked for the chat bridge, whisper tracking, the status embed, the event, moderation or health logs, console alerts or application review cards must be one the person can see in Discord.

Pro and Lifetime plans allow up to 5 Minecraft servers per Discord guild. Free supports 1 server and Basic supports 2.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe, through Onelink as the merchant of record. All major credit cards and regional payment methods are supported, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

That is your Madsi payment. Stripe takes Madsi purchases through Onelink as the merchant of record, so the line on your statement reads LINK.COM* or onelink.com* followed by our name rather than Madsi on its own. Receipts and invoices arrive from Onelink for the same reason. More detail in Billing > Payments, receipts & your statement.

Within 14 days of buying, yes: email [email protected] and we refund it in full, no reason needed. After 14 days the payment is not refundable and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. One exception: a yearly plan that renews gets a fresh 14 days, and we refund the whole months of the new year you have not used. Lifetime Pro has the same 14 days as everything else, and a place refunded inside them goes back into the pool. If something is broken on our side, tell us whenever. We will fix it or refund it either way. Refunds go to the card you paid with and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
